The garden goes back to 1881, being that in 1930 a monument paying homage to Alfredo Keil, composer and the author of the National Hymn, was raised. It has small lake and about 12 species of trees, with a coralina and a sumauma with 14 metres high standing out.

Space also known by Parque Municipal do Monte, located about 550 metres high. Pleasant spot, with various native and exotic species and some centenary trees. Standing out, in the middle of the park, is a lake with a map of Madeira made in stone.

In this 2 floors building, the interior stairway and the neoclassic tiles that ornament the forecourt stand out. The upper floor is more noble for its decorative riches. It has an outstanding iron balcony that ends in a curved fronton with a coat of arms above the main entrance.

Built at the Escura Street it was later transferred to the spot it at nowadays. It started by being dedicated to Nossa Senhora da Assunção, whose festivity happens in August and of whom the tailors were especially devoted to. From this connection came out its popular name.

Baroque House of L-shaped plant, consisting of two horizontal and articulated volumes with two floors. On the main facade stands out a coat and a staircase which gives access to the second floor, intended for housing (the ground floor was intended for the cellar and storage).

Quinta do Seixo is a farm that stood out for its production of vinho verde, situated between the municipalities of Amarante and Penafiel. In addition to the production of wine gives younger and also adults the opportunity to mingle with animals and nature through numerous pedagogical activities.

This museum, built in the 1970s in the so-called Casa dos Távora, moved in the following decade to the former jail and then to the City Hall building. Among the many objects on display, the collections of metal objects, porcelain dolls, linen utensils, and paintings stand out.

Presents one of the best collections of Flemish religious painting from the 15th and 16th centuries in Portugal, with the São Tiago and São Filipe triptych standing out. The exhibition also features liturgical costumes, jewelry pieces, religious sculptures and Portuguese painting.

A noble house of the Minho region, dating back to the 16th century and belonging to the same family since the 17th century. A room where craftswork and old clothings are exhibited stands out. It has 2 rooms and 6 apartments and a very pleasant atmosphere.
