Also known as Mirante Emydgio da Silva (or Emídio da Silva), who was responsible for the idea of building this place, it was designed by the Italian Nicolau Bigaglia, having been built in the 20th century. It was opened in 1908 and the stone columns were brought from the Lorvão Monastery. This viewpoint provides a beautiful view over the Buçaco mountains, the Mondego River and the village of Penacova.

House of Flemish aspect which seems to have been built in the first half of the 14th century. What identifies with the Flemish houses is the placement of the chimney in the middle of the top of the facade. Originally had two doors, but one of them was covered and in the same location was introduced a window with a high entablature. Of the four Gothic Windows, with shot trilobed who possessed, there are only two.
