A beach located in the middle of the Cascais line, very well conceited, located by the mouth of the Tejo river and the fortress of São Julião da Barra.Rather sought after mostly by the youngsters, it has good conditions for winsurfing and there is even a windsurf school there. There are hal a dozen bars and restaurants that offer good mornings, afternoons and evenings.
Located in the Natural Park, this is a very lovely, quite rocky beach, mostly in the low tide. There are springs and naturists. It is well fit for surfing.
Beach located in an old fishing village, now touristic. Large space divided by several jetties. Today it attracts surfers, bodyboarders and recreational boats. It has some simple restaurants with good typical dishes, including the eel stew, egg sweets and above all the famous dessert Pão-de-ló de Ovar. There is no shortage of nightlife and street commerce.
Beach located in an urban, fishing and tourist center. It has mainly young people, although people of all ages come here. The completely renovated waterfront deserves to be highlighted, for the sculptures, cafes and information posts that aim to recreate the typical fishermen's houses ("Xávega" art). Diverse restaurants, both in terms of atmosphere and prices. Great nightlife area.
