A village located about two kilometers from Santa Comba Dão, its natural attractions stand out. Its architectural heritage includes the pillory, sunny houses, a house with porches, and a church built in the 12th century on the site of a Templar convent. Crafts include lace and woodwork.

In this village, located by a stream that flows to the Dueça river, the mother church, rebuilt in the 19th century, with an 18th century door, the pillory (Public Interest Construction), the Boiça House and the old Garridos Manor stand out. This House-Museum, donated by Marta Ortigão Sampaio to the Porto municipality, rebuilds the atmosphere of the former owner, showing mostly jewellery and painting (we point out the works of Aurélia de Sousa, Sofia de Sousa and other painters from the end of the XIX, beginning of the XX centuries).
