This palace in castle shape has manifested Italian influences in the main body, which is a 16th century construction from where an elegant Renaissance loggia stands out on the frontage and on the shed galleys on the back door. A building of 1907, where Alfredo da Silva lived when he came to Barreiro. Rather large luxury house with large pieces of furniture in wood. The space is perfectly preserved and one should note the many personal objects, such as boots, pyjamas, letters, accountant books, etc. There is also an auditorium (50 people) with a plan of the old CUF, that is used to tell the history of the park.

This castle, which dominates the town, has a rectangular plan and its foundation is attributed to the Islamic period. Definitely conquered from the Moors in 1217, King Afonso II ordered the construction of a castle there, which he donated to the Order of Santiago. The main church has two chapels, featuring Baroque features. It consists of a nave and a chancel, and large windows provide natural light. It also includes a sacristy and a bell tower. The main altarpiece features gilded carvings. The side facades of the main chapel are covered in Joanine white wood carvings. The side altarpiece of St. Michael has a concave plan, in the National Baroque style.

Built in the beginning of the XVIII century (1746-1752) planned by Nicolau Nasoni, this building’s stairs was placed on one of the sides due to the exigencies of the ground plot (too narrow). At the door you can see the blazonry of the order. The windows have iron bars, which is typical of the first half of the XVII century. The house is divided in three floors and an underground, where the cemetery of the brotherhood is.

This church has a rectangular plan and it is covered by polychrome glazed tiles from 1660, a bell ringer tower and an apse articulating four chapels. IT preserves the Manueline Calvary in marble and several sculptures. The main chapel possesses coverage in lancet vault with corbels decorated by wall paintings. Church erected during the 18th century, of rectangular plan with Bell Tower on the right side, chancel and sacristy asymmetric surface on both sides. The interior of the Church is divided into three naves separated by four arches supported by whole square section pillars with capitals. Virtually the entire Church is plastered and painted white. The building was strongly shaken by the earthquake that occurred in July 1998.
