A gastronomia do Ribatejo apresenta particularidades distintas das restantes regiões, uma vez que os segredos da gastronomia passam de geração em geração. O sável, peixe abundante no Tejo, deu origem a este prato e a outros pratos regionais como a açorda de sável ou a caldeirada à fragateiro.

Os Jesuítas de Santo Tirso são um doce centenário que terá sido introduzido na doçaria local pelas mãos de um antigo pasteleiro espanhol, precisamente na Pastelaria Moura, em Santo Tirso. Estaladiço e recheado com creme continua a ser um dos doces mais saboreados.

Diz-se que do "porco se aproveita tudo", sendo esta uma carne extraordinariamente saborosa e suculenta, com grande tradição em terras alentejanas. Os pezinhos de porco de coentrada são um petisco muito apetecido, mas os de borrego e de carneiro também são apreciados.

Azenha do Mar originated from the commercial harvesting of red algae that grows on the southwest coast of Portugal, known scientifically as Gelidium sesquipedale. For this small, isolated fishing community, sea work is the main and almost exclusive economic activity for most of the year, but in the summer, the focus shifts to "slime harvesting" (algae harvesting), an activity that changes the seaweed's appearance and odor.

The Millenarian Coffee was born in the year in which the city of Guimarães celebrated 1000 years of existence, in November 1953, hence the name Millennium. Is situated in the Largo do Toural, Guimarães city living room, next to the wall, where it reads: "Here was born Portugal". Coffee remains the most emblematic and historic city center, a meeting place for generations of vimaranenses.

The Autódromo Internacional do Algarve was opened in 2008 and is one of the best and most modern European circuits. Its layout allows for 64 versions, including models approved by the FIA for Formula 1 and by the FIM for Superbikes. Since 2010, it also includes one of the biggest kart tracks in Europe. Kartódromo offers several programs, aimed at adults, children, amateurs or professionals.

This museum, housed in a traditional haystack, presents a review of fishing activities in the central region, particularly in the Gândara area. It features exhibitions by renowned national painters and documentation on the Mira pillories, the watermill route, the Casa do Visconde (Viscount's House), the Mira Parish Church, the Praia de Mira chapel, the dunes, lagoons, pine forests, tree species, and local animals.

The Machico Museum Center is a cultural institution created by the Machico City Council, after the restoration of the Solar do Ribeirinho property (built in the 17th century). In this museum you can find, in an interactive way, stories and characters that made up the current City of Machico throughout its almost 600 years of history, distributed across the four thematic areas on display.

The Casa do Calhau Grande integrates six independent houses (Tent, Haystack, junior, Shoemaker, Taken and pebbles), with privacy, with rustic and cosy environment. All is possible to obtain a 180° panoramic view over the Atlantic.
