Estas pequenas e deliciosas queijadas são um antigo doce conventual. A receita original terá sido criada pelas freiras do Convento de Santo André. São hoje um dos doces mais requisitados da ilha de São Miguel.

As tigeladas são confecionadas um pouco por todo o país, sendo que a receita varia de região para região. Em Ferreira do Zêzere encontra-se uma das mais populares do país, cozidas em tigelas de barro.

The Museu da Cidade de Coimbra is placed at the Chiado Building, in a historic, characteristic place of the city. Also known as Natural Monument of the dinosaurs of the Serra de Aire or Footprints of Serra de Aire, was thus classified in 1996. There are the oldest and largest sauropod tracks of knowledge (175 million years ago) but also of the most well preserved, being composed of more than 1000 tracks.

This phenomenon, rare in Portugal, is found in the Serras de Aire e Candeeiros Natural Park. In this depression, nicknamed Lagoa de Minde, the lake is larger in winter, thanks to underground galleries that overflow with water. It measures approximately four kilometers by 1,800 meters and is about 195 meters deep.
