The history of portrait of Memory dates back to 1931, when Ignatius Alfredo Fernandes, solicitor in Ferreira do Alentejo, send build this House that, even today, is still in the family, now with contemporary notes, but without losing the identity of Alentejo. The cottage "portrait of memory" has 10 rooms (one of which built in wood and inserted in the garden) with all amenities. There are also several leisure spaces, as Arab baths, Turkish bath, outdoor jacuzzi, terrace, Garden, tv and reading room with honesty bar.

A circular walking route that blends magnificent landscapes with archaeological sites and remains. The valley where the Ribeira do Mosteiro flows is worth highlighting, with views of orange groves and vegetable gardens in the distance. The route is entirely downhill, so it's recommended to hike in spring and fall.
