It is expected that its Foundation is 15th century and was at this location that worked the Chamber and jail. The property has been tampered with but retains characteristics of beiras buildings.

Building of three floors and longitudinal rectangular plant, built in the 17th century. In 1935 its Tower fell, having noise part of the building. During the 20th century it housed the jail and is currently Public Security Police Headquarters.
