Small temple built during the XVII century, which aimed to be a replica of the Saint Peter’s church in Rome. It presents an interesting and single church porch, typical from Alentejo. The cupola and the lantern-light are the elements that define the side view of the chapel giving it a certain grace.

This street, dated from 1844, was very hard to build because of the granite existent there. It connects the Cordoaria Garden with the Cais de Massarelos, going through the picturesque Largo do Viriato. In the middle of the way you may enjoy the beautiful view over the Douro River.

An elegant towe that stands out from the rest of the walls. It has vigilance posts in the angles and a cistern inside. A special note to the ogival window of the southern façade. The gazebo with battlements offers a beautiful panoramic view of the mountains of Nogueira, Coroa and Montesinho and, to the north, of the Sanabria peaks.

In the Solar building, you can view themed exhibitions about Port Wine, while the space where the old cooperage once stood now houses an auditorium. They organize technical tastings of Port and Douro Wine, as well as "Portos de Honra", lunches, and dinners.

Located south of Chaves, between Valpaços and Vila Pouca de Aguiar, the mountain range is part of the Trás-os-Montes Ancient Massif and is 10 kilometers long. From the top, views over the entire region are enjoyed, with highlights including Oura, Vidago, and Vilarinho.

Located northeast of Oleiros, it reaches its maximum altitude at 800 meters. The mountain is surrounded by four hills, each topped by a chapel. The viewpoint that exists in Serra do Muradal provides a privileged view over a vast expanse of pine trees, shale towns and villages.

Located in the center of Albufeira, this beach is very popular with vacationers. There is a small port for fishing boats in this place, and from here it is possible to make visits to the caves on the coast. It has a diversified restaurant spot, shops and bars, as well an area with garden benches, shades and a view of the sea.

Beach located next to Praia da Rocha, also known as Praia do Branquinho. It is equally cosmopolitan and touristy, with flat sand and clear waters. At the top of the cliff there is a viewpoint offering beautiful views. In the area there are also several restaurants for all tastes and lots of nightlife.

This is the second largest shopping centre of Funchal and also the most recent, opened in 2005. Placed in the Lido Industrial zone, it offers a magnificent view of the Atlantic Ocean. It has 86 shops, including 17 restaurants, six cinema rooms and a supermarket, dived in three floors.
