Circular pedestrian route with approximately ten kilometers long, starting and ending in Vila de Rei. It goes through Ribeira do Lavadouro, Ribeira do Vale Feito and Ribeiro da Vila, highlighting the various waterfalls and corners of great natural beauty, present in the surrounding area along the way. You can also observe a great diversity of fauna and flora.

As indicated by the name, this pedestrian trail is mostly concerned with the panoramic views of the Coura lands. Even though it is a climb, its 12 km are mainly easy. A special note to the Lugar de Coutos with views of the Coura river, the Corno do Bico, which is the highest point in the parish and the Penedo do Rebolinho, shaped like a ball, that seems to be about to fall at any moment.

Apesar dos pratos de peixe não se apresentarem como especialidade gastronómica da região, há no entanto tradição na confeção do carapau. Em tempos era mais difícil encontrar este peixe na zona, uma vez que era transportado em caixas de folha especialmente concebidas para o efeito.

Este pudim de sabor ímpar terá sido uma das poucas receitas de doces que o Abade de Priscos transmitiu. Acabou por se tornar numa das sobremesas mais saboreadas no Minho. Recheado com caramelo, tem uma particularidade que o distingue dos demais pudins: o sabor do toucinho.

Se existe a capital do chícharo é sem dúvida Alvaiázere, onde inclusive se comemora anualmente, em outubro, o Festival do Chícharo. Esta leguminosa é cultivada ancestralmente como legume comestível. Pode ser confecionado de várias formas, sendo que normalmente é sempre acompanhado com azeite, couves e broa.

Located in a particularly important area in the social context of Roman and medieval settlement, the Ponte do Arco, over the Ovelha River, appears to be a prime example of a medieval crossing. The size of the span, the presence of cut-water channels, and the stonework itself highlight the importance of the engineering project in crossing this unpredictable and difficult watercourse, making the Ponte do Arco a classic example of the medieval bridge model.

The campsite tree, located in Vila do Conde, right on the seafront and close to the beach of the tree, has modern infrastructure and in excellent condition, in order to provide pleasant leisure time campers, in complete harmony with nature.
