Pleasant tour through the town’s historical zone, in XIX century tram cars. The tour begins at the Comércio Square and it’s escorted by a interpreter guide. It lasts an hour and a half and allows you to know the particular atmosphere that exists in this typical Lisbon Square – Alfama, Graça, Baixa, Estrela, Sétima Colina.

A set of underground galleries, some fossil-bearing and others still active, stretching for about eight kilometers, with traces of successive occupations from the Paleolithic to the Roman period. The exploration begins through narrow galleries and small rooms. Amidst winding, narrow passages, the visitor finds prehistoric artifacts.

The Museu do Papel Moeda (Paper Money museum) presents a notable collection of banknotes, the most complete collection of schedules that is known in Portugal and further an important show of stamped paper, shares, lotteries, cheques and bills. Baroque church consisting of a nave and a chancel, where a bell tower and a sacristy are adjacent. The portal is surmounted by an interrupted curved pediment, surmounted by a choir window and two niches with the images of São Cosimo and São Damião.
