Este caldo é um dos principais atrativos da gastronomia minhota. Confecionado através de couve migada, batata, alho, cebola e azeite pode ser servido a qualquer hora do dia e pode ser acompanhada com rodelas de bom chouriço ou salpicão e broa de milho. É muito saboreado em épocas festivas, nomeadamente nos Santos Populares, acompanhando sardinhas assadas.

Cerâmica muito antiga, de que existem referências a partir do século XII, conserva reminiscências da cultura celta. A mais característica é a de barro vermelho com vidro transparente e decoração em tons de amarelo e verde com castanho. A partir de 1189 há referências aos oleiros e forneiros de "Ollas" e às telhas existentes na Vila de "Mafara".

The arts Lab integrates the complex of ancient tanneries is located in the historic centre of Guimarães.
