A well taken care of large garden with flowerbeds, lawns, a pigeon house and the statue of Alfredo da Silva. In a small island on the lake theere is a cafe. It is a pleasant leisure area.

Lagoon located on the central plateau of Pico Island, close to the Caiado and Rosada lagoons. It is an area integrated between several volcanic cones, surrounded by vegetation typical of humid areas.

These natural pools, the most known and frequented the island, located near the thermal baths. Are formed by basaltic rocks from lava's solidification. Have sanitary facilities, bar and surveillance.
