A convent founded in the 16th century, it was the first in Viana do Castelo and the third of the Franciscans in Portugal. Currently it is ruined but it still has the several artitic and architectural elements that show the different stages it went through.

Medieval aqueduct with approximately 1000 meters in length. The arches come to measure four feet tall.

Baroque chapel with a Bell Tower. Features wooden ceilings and altarpieces of gilt.

This Chapel belonged to leprosaria 12TH century, having been abandoned in 1292 with the change from the hospital. In the 16th century was restored in Renaissance molds. The chapel reveals in its architecture the artistic moments that passed: Lancet arches, images from the 16th century and 17TH century tiles. The artistic wealth of this temple comes mainly from 16th-century campaign of restoration. The colonnaded porch in the main and South facades.

Inside the small chapel are the glazed tiles, the mural paintings, the woodcarving, the sculptures, and the chair of São Gens, which belonged to the first bishop of Lisbon. The legend says that the stone large chair is do-gooding for pregnant women, making the childbirth easy.

Football field a bit abandoned with somewhat irregular floor.

Recreational, educational and cultural spaces for children and adolescents, having as first the function to restore the space and time to play.

Friendly house, with a beautiful view over the city and where the peacefulness of the space and the family ambience are worthy of notice. It has a panoramic bar and four rooms with a balcony.
