The Parque de Campismo das Taipas, situated on the Bank of the river Ave, in the middle of the green zone, is limited by the tree-lined Boulevard Rosa Guimarães and leisure parks das Taipas and bridge. Here you can practice numerous sports and recreational activities or, Alternatively, pay a visit to the Citânia de Briteiros and the historic centre of Guimarães.

This campsite is situated in a privileged area, in the vicinity of the bathing areas, namely the Moledo beach. Alternatively you can always visit the historical and natural heritage of the area, as the clock tower, the Ínsua or even the Anta da Barrosa.

This Park, located nearby the river Orchards, have access to beautiful and calm river beaches, where you can have fun and relax in lawns, or even doing trekking. Is the ideal place to enjoy a family holiday, in direct contact with nature. Alternatively you can always visit the historic village of Piódão or the always interesting city of Coimbra.

The Parque de Campismo de Mondim de Basto, located in mountainous area and on the right bank of the rio Cabril, offers a superb landscape of monte da Senhora da Graça. This is an excellent space to enjoy moments of rest, enjoying the river beach or sports park. It also suggests a visit to the Slings of Ermelo and the waterfall of the river Olo.

The campsites Curral do Negro, located close to the city centre of Guarda, offers many green spaces and shadows to camping with all the tranquillity. Is the ideal place to enjoy a vacation in a quiet and practice numerous sports and leisure activities. Alternatively you can always visit the Parc Zoologique or casa da Torre, among other attractions.

Located next to the typical Algarve village of Olhos de Água, whose name comes from the freshwater springs that sprout in the sand, it is a sand shell occupied, in part, by the fishermen's boats and by the many vacationers who come here. A visit to Olheiros de Água is recommended and also a stroll through the small area of restaurants and some shops.

Located on the left bank of the Douro River, directly facing Oporto's Ribeira (riverside), the Gaia Ribeira is a lively area, most especially during the summer. The tourists do not resist the temptation of a walk on this side of the river and of visiting the Port Wine Cellars. The Cais de Gaia, a space that includes many bars and restaurants with lovely terraces near the banks is more recent.

This mountain is widely varied bith in flora and in fauna. The boar, the deer and the wolf stand out. As for the vegetation, a special note to the pyrenean oak, that covers an area of 6500 hectares. It is the largest pyrenean oak wood in the entire world. A the top of the mountain, you may also visit the sanctuary of Nossa Senhora da Serra (Our Lady of the Mountain), a tribute to Saint Teresinha.

During this walk a visit is recommended to the following places: the gothic Church of Castelo (Castle/Saint Maria of Anunciação), the belevedere of the Alto do Cruzeiro, with views of Lourinhã and Areia Branca, the Convent of Saint António, the Museum of Lourinhã, the Monument to the Battle of Vimeiro, the Beach of Porto Dinheiro, the shellfish beds of the shellfish house Frutos do Mar and the ruins of the Paimogo Fortress.

This 2-kilometer hiking trail reaches a maximum altitude of 504 meters. After walking for 1 kilometer on a paved road, you'll find a dirt path on the right and enter the forest. These first few kilometers are relaxing, and hikers can enjoy a refreshing dip in the mineral water at one of the accessible springs along this trail and visit the remains of an ancient tomb.
