The Midori restaurant continues to be one of the leading Japanese restaurants in Portugal. It has modernized, bet on several menus, but always with a quality seal far above average, excellent in many options. Interesting merger proposals can be a good approach. The restaurant was created in honor of four Japanese princes who visited Penha Longa in the sixteenth century, and in order not to detract from Japanese cuisine, all chefs come from or receive training in Japan.

Casa do Lavrador is a rural and ethnographic museum, which is part of the Cultural and Recreational Association of Santa Cruz do Douro. It was built in 1999, in honor of Augusto Gomes dos Santos, honorary president of the Portuguese Folklore Federation. This space portrays a peasant's house from the 19th and early 20th centuries.

The primitive construction dates back to the 16th century, the current building only from 1998. Presents a longitudinal plan with a nave and a chancel, with differentiated ceilings closer wood in mixer. The main facade is gabled, torn by a round arch portal.

Church dating from the 16TH century, the present a main facade torn by a downed arc portal, surmounted by contracurvada cornice. Also features a bell tower with two records, one blind and the other torn by a ventana back perfect.

This one of the few monuments from the XVII century (in the central area of Lisbon) that was not destroyed by the earthquake. The portal at the main façade is headed with a niche where is the image of São Cristóvão. Inside, the walls are covered with paintings cased with gold wood carving.

Church dating from the 17th century, consisting of a longitudinal plan with a nave with an open porch, a chancel, outbuildings and a sacristy. According to the inscription on the portal and bell ring, the church was built in 1623, with the porch only erected in the middle of the 20th century.

The museum is a result of Calouste Sarkis Gulbenkian’s will, an Armenian that gathered more than 6000 works of art during his life, that are now assembled in this beautiful space.
