Fifth century XII or XIII dated doo, being an ancient agricultural farm founded by the monks of Cîteaux. Makes it possible to stay in rooms in the main house or in one of the apartments. Offers its guests landscapes of extreme beauty and provides tours, countryside is also inviting a trip to the beaches, which are relatively close. Organizes a variety of events in various indoor and outdoor venues.

16TH century manor modified in the 18th and 19th centuries, belonging to the same family for generations. Full of history, this House is composed of nine well-equipped rooms, dining room, kitchen, living room with a minibiblioteca and a nice garden. This urban park is of particular relevance in the municipality, with vast grassy areas and some forested areas, with a climbing wall, slide, minigolf course and half-pipes, picnic area, athletics track, maintenance circuit, cycle path, mountain biking area , flight slope, jumping tower, among other equipment. It also houses an environmental education center and the Municipal Veterinary Center.

A Gothic castle, imposing and austere, where the summit towers with spires and four pinnacles stand out as ornamentation. The walls are protected by crenellated embrasures and loopholes. Outside the walls, it is worth visiting the Chapel of Our Lady of the Incarnation and the Chaplaincy House, in 17th-century Baroque style. The population moved to the vicinity of the castle attracted by the trade of goods that took place there, giving rise to the current city.

Palatial 18th century manor house with nineteenth-century changes. It is a two storey building. On the piano nobile see nine shutters with iron balconies. The main door is surmounted by the arms of stone Araújos, Azevedos, Ranges and Vasconcelos, showing simplified Rococo décor. Inside there are four halls of the piano nobile, three with painted ceilings and one with gilt, and the furniture type "Versailles".

The chapel in the village of fifths, dedicated to our Lady of health has, in the main façade, a rectangular portal, flanked by two glasses, and in stretching the Ridge a belfry with triangular shot surmounted by a cross. Inside the chapel stands the high altar in gilt, placed on the wall of the headboard, which houses religious imaginary. This is the chapel which is celebrated the mass of the feast in honour of our Lady of health.

Building constructed in the 16th century, initially working as a College of the society of Jesus. Had a rectangular structure, with a church in the Center and four courtyards around. The various reforms over the years provided the features of Mannerist, Baroque architecture, and may still be noted some details pombalinos. Currently, it houses the seat of the Bishopric of Coimbra and the Geological and mineralogical museum\/Museum of Physics\/Museum of zoology.

Large gardens located in the Quinta do Arco country house, where one of the largest collections of rose bushes in Portugal is on display, with around a thousand different species, including some rare species and others on the verge of extinction, including plants endemic to the Macaronesia region and some species from the Madeira Archipelago itself. The Quinta offers special programs with accommodation and meals.

The Museum is made up of three rooms with a total area of around 232 m2, dedicated to three themes: Earth, House and Water, representative activities of Murtosa. It displays objects linked to land preparation, harvesting, fishing, sargassum harvesting, food, spinning and weaving, transport, work and party clothing, household contents, lighting, miniature boats, religious objects and musical instruments.

Housed in a restored and adapted 18th-century building and another building of contemporary design, it features permanent exhibition rooms, a Living Museum area especially dedicated to creative and educational workshops, Stone Exploration and Working Rooms, and two temporary exhibition rooms, one specifically dedicated to the theme of sacred art made in "Ançã stone," an auditorium, and an outdoor garden that hosts numerous activities.
