Building dating from the late 19th century-early 20th century, located in the historic center of Angra do Heroísmo. Was built by Sir John George Dailey and Paul, remaining in the possession of his family until 1937, when it is acquired by the State for this install Industrial and commercial school of Angra do Heroísmo.
