This trail begins and ends near the chapel of Santo António, being effected through a descent way of standing desk, great part in ancient stone staircase. Along the descent we enjoy a magnificent view over the Fajã de Besides, Fajã do Ouvidor, Fajã da Ribeira da Areia and in days of good visibility over the Islands Third and graceful.

Circular pedestrian route with approximately ten kilometers long, starting and ending in Vila de Rei. It goes through Ribeira do Lavadouro, Ribeira do Vale Feito and Ribeiro da Vila, highlighting the various waterfalls and corners of great natural beauty, present in the surrounding area along the way. Prato muito antigo da gastronomia da serra da Estrela, a sua receita tem sido recuperada nos últimos tempos, sendo a carqueja uma erva aromática com sabor forte, também muito apreciada na preparação de infusões. Sendo uma erva bravia, talvez por isso os cozinhados adquiram um sabor característico.

Desta associação fazem parte artesãos que trabalham na cerâmica, estanho, bordados, cestaria, instrumentos musicais, madeira, tapeçaria, artes decorativas, bonecas, doces, aguarelas, entre outros. As indicated by the name, this pedestrian trail is mostly concerned with the panoramic views of the Coura lands. Even though it is a climb, its 12 km are mainly easy. A special note to the Lugar de Coutos with views of the Coura river, the Corno do Bico, which is the highest point in the parish and the Penedo do Rebolinho, shaped like a ball, that seems to be about to fall at any moment.

Of the old village of Jarmelo, currently, only a set of ruins remain located on an elevation from which you can see a vast area, from Serra da Estrela to Serra da Marofa. The story goes that, because of the love between the Infante Dom Pedro and Inês de Castro, this village suffered great violence, and the consequences are still clearly visible today.
