The Doutor Domingos Barbosa House was planed by Nicolau Nasoni. It has two huge fronts, which open to a yard separated from the street by a wall decorated with blazonry, a pair of lions and two iris flowers. Inside, the unusual conception of the central stairs dominates the space. Here is the Guerra Junqueiro Museum.

A church of Gothic, proto-Baroque, and Baroque architecture, with an attached sacristy, a single nave, and a chancel covered in white and blue tiles dating from 1695 that extend to the triumphal arch. The main altarpiece dates back to the 17th century. It is notable for its antiquity and for being the first Christian religious building in town.

This chapel, probably dating from the 7th century, belongs to the limited group of monuments in Portugal featuring Visigothic architecture. It features three naves and a chancel, notable for its arches and capitals with phytomorphic decoration.
