Hospital, consisting of irregular bodies juxtaposed, with simple décor. The fact that the construction of the hospital have taken very few patent architectural features is of early 20th century, having its inauguration took place 20 years later.

House built in the early 19th century by the vicomte de Tinalhas. Presents a simple rectangular plan with two floors and a main facade with colossal apilastrados corners, torn by a central portal. In the 20th century, the interior was scaled and adapted apartments.

Chapel of longitudinal plant with articulated and differentiated coverage volumes in gabled roofs. Features a unique ship, a high choir based in columns and a main altar in gilt. It was built in the early 18th century, suffering after rebuilding works in 1761.

Church of Manueline, Renaissance and Baroque architecture, consisting of a single nave with a Manueline vault of three bays. The initial construction was built in the Medieval Age, after being rebuilt in the early 16th century. The medieval portico and the Manueline ribbed Vault.

Manueline building built in the early 15th century and remodeled in the sixteenth and seventeenth century. Presents two storey rectangular plan with three roof water coverage. Initially, functioned as a hostel and, currently, are there some municipal services and the tourist office.

Small beach between the cliffs, that owes its name to a shepherd who lived here. To get here you may take a boat, go down the cliff or, if there is low water, you find an access through the Barranco de Canas beach.

A quite space, fit for enjoying the proximity of the sea and for savouring several grilled fish dishes. The octopus rice is also quite requested, as well as the cod "á casa" and grilled cod dishes. Another option would be the pork meat "à Alentejana". Almond and pine nut pies for dessert.

This space organizes Minho festivals, every Saturday, between June and November, from 8pm to 1am. End of year and carnival parties also take place here. It operates on a fixed price basis with all-you-can-eat regional food and entertainment provided by Portuguese popular music bands.

The Doutor Domingos Barbosa House was planed by Nicolau Nasoni. It has two huge fronts, which open to a yard separated from the street by a wall decorated with blazonry, a pair of lions and two iris flowers. Inside, the unusual conception of the central stairs dominates the space. Here is the Guerra Junqueiro Museum.

The museum is a result of Calouste Sarkis Gulbenkian’s will, an Armenian that gathered more than 6000 works of art during his life, that are now assembled in this beautiful space. It is an impressive collection, covering a temporal space from the ancient Egyptian empire until the XX century. Here are represented different civilizations and hemispheres.
