The emblematic Café Astória, part of the history of the city of Porto, became now Astoria's elegant Restaurant. Casa Mãe da Rota dos Vinhos is located in the heart of Vila de Palmela and its main objective is to promote wines from the Setúbal Peninsula/Costa Azul. It is an old cellar restored for this purpose that displays products, sells and offers wine tastings. Here you can taste the best of what this region has to offer: the fruity white wines, the young rosés, the full-bodied Castelão reds and the Moscatéis de Setúbal. In addition to wine, this house also offers regional cakes, honey, jams and cheese from Azeitão.

Located in the green heart of the central region of the country, the Quinta da Palmeira is composed of a country house dating from the year 1890, surrounded by orange groves and olive groves. Each room, decorated in order to provide a sense of comfort and refinement, has a style of his own. It is suggested at the end of the day, a tasting of regional dishes and a good glass of wine, against the backdrop of the beautiful landscape of the serra.

Casa da Torre, located at the foot of the serra da Cabreira, in the village of Abadim, illustrates the beauty typical of the Minho region. The Malhadinha Gourmet is right at the entrance of the property, with a modern ambience and with design furniture. The Charter, the responsibility of the consultant chef Joachim Koerper, bet on the reinvention of the regional dishes using mostly products created and produced on the estate, as Alentejo beef, vegetables, PDO olive oil or wine.

Located close to the town of Fontes and at 657 meters above sea level, this viewpoint is, without a doubt, one of the most spectacular in the municipality, offering stunning views over Serra do Marão and the surrounding region, from a 360 degree perspective.

About 10 km away from Mértola, on the EN-265 (a National Road), on the way to Serpa, in the centre of the village of Moreanes, this is a popular restaurant of the Alentejo region. It has a larg room and large arches on the ceiling. The fireplace makes it even cozier.
