Large tumulus, clearly visible in the landscape, located near the intersection of the path with the County Road. Features about 19 feet in diameter and 1.5 metres tall, with a deep central depression. Do not identify traces of dolmen, but are visible remnants of lytic Cuirass. Belongs to the Megalithic necropolis of the Mourela plateau.

Temple built in the 16th century, where the valuable contents stand out. Inside, the Chapel of Nosso Senhor dos Mareantes is worth mentioning, with carvings and imagery from the 16th and 17th centuries, some panels illustrating episodes of the Passion of Christ and, in the vault, polychrome relief representations of a popular nature.

Sapiãos parish church, dedicated to St Peter, is a temple of longitudinal-oriented plant ENE\/OSO. The main façade has a rectangular door with ribbed pilasters and capitals stylized vegetal, the top has a curved pediment with a niche, with two triangular spires complemented with ball and the central part is surmounted by an oculus. Inside the high altar and side altars, in gilded, housing the main religious imaginary local devotions. A settlement from the Iron Age (1st millennium BC - 4th century AD), this archaeological site is of great interest and has been the subject of successive interventions. It consists of the ruins of fortified settlements located at the northern foot of the hill on which Lanhoso Castle stands, now reconstructed and well preserved. Among the finds discovered, the set of 3 gold torques (Archaic Golden Jewels – distinctive objects of military leaders) worked with filigree applications stands out, anticipating the local art of gold working by more than 3,000 years. During the daytime the tourist train travels through several of the town’s streets. The train makes six stops: the casino, Pescadores beach, Avenida do Rio, the camping site, D. João II street and Hotel Náutico. The journey can be made between 10am and 00:35am and costs 2.50€.

Located near the São Pedro do Sul thermae, in a deep valley surrounded by cliffs, with the so.called Hell Portal to the west. This villag is composed of small schist houses and narrow streets with vines. The inhabitants are farmers and shepherds, mostly corn farmers. It has one of the biggest communal goat herds in the country.
