A receita deste famoso pão-de-ló tem origem Conventual. Com um formato redondo e ondulado, continua a ser confecionado pela famosa Confeitaria Santa Luzia, respeitando as receitas originais deixadas pelas freiras que permaneceram no concelho até ao século XIX.

Also known as Termas de Sulfúrea, they are located approximately one kilometer to the southeast of the village. It is known that these waters were used by the Romans, and there are even traces of an ancient bathhouse, probably from the time of Caesar Augustus (119 BC). These medicinal waters are used to treat skin, respiratory, rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases.
