This cultural space results from the rehabilitation of former Barry. It is a space dedicated to research, cultural development and the provision of services to the community.

The House of the Xiné results from a partnership between CASAXINÉ, Association for the promotion and development of cultural Quintandona, the Association comoDEantes, theatre group, and the Association for the development of mills and aims to boost the culture and tourism in the region. With seating for 60 seats and standing places 250, Xiné 's House is a multi-purpose space with the necessary conditions for the accommodation of different types of events.

Theatre inaugurated in 1913 that opened with the operetta “waltz of love”. The plans of the project are from Ventura Terra. It was closed during a long time but after the works it was again the stage of several shows. The room has 759 seats and a pit, café-concert style, where the spectators may have dinner while enjoying the show.

An association created in 1990, that aims to promote music during the free times. It has piano, drums and guitar lessons and organizes several performances.
