The Quinta de São José is located in the Douro Valley where port wine is produced, named world heritage landscape. It is situated on the left bank of the River Douro, geographically between the pinion and the Your. The farm consists of four houses with terraces with magnificent views of the river.

Be sure to visit this tower of homage, one of the few remaining traces of the ancient castle of Abrantes, dating from the 12th century. The donjon was built later, in the early 14th century, in the reign of Dinis. The Tower has a quadrangular plant, located in the center of the Plaza de armas.

A small trail with a low level of difficulty. 7.5 km that last about four hours. The Corno de Bico is the trail's highest spot, at an altitude of about 900 metres. During the trail, one may view several examples of the parishe's wild and natural diversity.

A pedestrian trail included in the Municipal Network of Pedestrian Trails of Pardes de Coura. With signals and 7 km long, it crosses the parishes of Moselos, Formariz, Ferreira, Porreiras and Padornelo. A rather simple walk where you may marvel at the wonderful landscapes and cultural examples.

Os palmitos, como o nome indica, são feitos em palma, cujas folhas se enrolam em caracóis concêntricos, armando-se em pirâmide. É utilizado na Páscoa, sendo benzido na Igreja no domingo de Ramos.
