A Cevicheria

After "O Talho", Chef Kiko Martins took from the top hat "A Cevicheria". At Príncipe Real, this small restaurant (few tables and fewer places at the counter) rode the wave of notoriety in South American cuisine, especially in Peru, and it was declared a gastronomic place of worship.
