Duetos da Sé
The restaurant and bar Duets da Sé, in the neighbourhood of Alfama, Lisbon is a space where art and gastronomy meet. The menu is composed of various emblematic snacks and representing the various regions of Portugal, from cheeses to charcuterie, passing by the minnows of horta, the Woodpecker of veal and Sweetbreads. In the main, the line is identical and also inspired by the traditional cuisine, with an emphasis on the cod fillet in a crust of bread and olives with roasted potatoes and turnip greens, and black pork cheek braised in red wine.
