Located on 2 floors of the Hotel Dom Henrique, the 17 was thought to provide unique experiences of well-being and comfort in elegant surroundings, although informal and relaxed, and with a careful musical selection. You want the restaurant bar with terrace where smoking is allowed, with fabulous views over the city of Oporto. The team of Chief Alexander Rosa proposes, at the restaurant, a refined cuisine with Mediterranean flavours or traditional Portuguese cuisine, and the bar a selection of true "snacks" Portuguese always with a careful and contemporary presentation. Note also the offer of wines, in a letter drafted exclusively with national wines that can, in some cases, be sampled by the glass.
