Viana do Alentejo
Located in the southern part of the Évora district, approximately 30 kilometers from it, the municipality of Viana do Alentejo is made up of the parishes of Viana do Alentejo, Alcáçovas, and Aguiar. This region is known for its rich heritage. Examples include the Marian Sanctuary of Our Lady of Aires, Viana Castle, and the Viana do Alentejo Parish Church, a 16th-century Manueline church. Its gate is a significant example of Gothic-Manueline architecture.
