This street that was, for a long time, the goldsmith street, was built in the XVI century, by order of the King Dom Manuel I. Nowadays this street is worthy of a visit not because of the goldsmith's shops windows but because of the buildings that keep the characteristics of other times, namely the iron balconies. It is on this street that you’ll find the Misericóridia Church, dated from the XVI century and rebuilt from 1748 on, according to Nicolau Nasoni’s proposal.

Located in the green heart of the central region of the country, the Quinta da Palmeira is composed of a country house dating from the year 1890, surrounded by orange groves and olive groves. Each room, decorated in order to provide a sense of comfort and refinement, has a style of his own. It is suggested at the end of the day, a tasting of regional dishes and a good glass of wine, against the backdrop of the beautiful landscape of the serra.

It is a rustic and cosy House, before a Miller, restored and transformed into rural accommodation, keeping the machine in perfect working order. It is located in the village of Oat Mills, which, being sparsely populated, offers rest and relaxation in a beautiful natural environment and rustic. Account with a traditional kitchen with fireplace, a large living room, double bedroom, double bedroom, two bathrooms, and a loft with two single beds.

Located on a rise of about 70 meters, west of the monastery, Alcobaça Castle was commissioned by King Afonso Henriques in 1147, on the presumed ruins of a 6th-century fortification. Destroyed several times during the Reconquista, King Sancho ordered its reconstruction to shelter the Alcobaça monks and the population in case of attack. After suffering several seismic shocks, it ended up serving as a prison during the reign of the Philips.

Built in 1715, by the spot where the medieval wall used to be, it had the castle behind, whose donjorl was preserved. In front of the arcade was the Campo de Santa Ana, ordered by D. Diogo de Sousa in the XVI century. Between 1761 and 1767, at the time of the archbishop D. Gaspar de Bragança, the central nucleus of the arcade was opened and the Igreja da Lapa (church), with an André Soares drawing, was built.

This chapel is attached to the walls of Feira Castle, having been built in 1656 by order of the Countess of Feira, D. Joana Forjaz Pereira de Meneses e Silva. It is a learned building, with a hexagonal section, revealing the influence of important centrally planned chapels in the region. Inside, the floor forms a radial design from the center, and there are gilded altarpieces on five walls. Attached to the chapel is the chaplain's house.

Hewn chapel dedicated to St. Anthony, is a building of rectangular plant, built in granite, oriented East\/West. The original building was, throughout the ages, the target of restructuring and expansion works in order to meet the needs of the growth of the village community. This chapel has two altars: the high altar, which occupies the bedside wall and a side altar, the Gospel side, housing the main religious imaginary local devotions.

The House of good source represents the typical constructions for Minho of the twentieth century, without forgetting the traditional rain-fed. All the remodeling of the space was carefully thought out, in order to maintain the original, without forgetting the comfort necessary for a pleasant stay. Its location gives prominence to the shrine of Lord do Socorro. In addition to the swimming pool, guests have a wide range of leisure activities.

This church is also known as São Luís Church, together with the monastery it was founded in 1596 by Luís de Figueiredo Falcão and used to belong to the Clarisse orders. It has some elements from the sixteen hundreds and from the eighteen hundreds. From the first period, it stands out the only nave, the ceiling and the main chapel coverage; from the second period stands out the doorway, the windows and the main elevation.

This monument’s construction was ordered by the Town Hall, paying homage to Gago Coutinho and Sacadura Cabral, the two Portuguese aviators that did, for the first time, the air crossing of the Atlantic-South (Lisbon-Rio de Janeiro) on the single-motor hydroplane “Lusitânia”. The monument is represented by the armillary sphere on top and a stone basis with commemorative inscriptions. It is placed near the city centre, in a square also called “the aviators”.
