A large building of 1864 where the CP (train company) main ateliers function. Until 1933 it was the main river station of the CP, where the trains arrived and from here the connection by sailsboat to Lisbon was made. It has an imposing main façade, an old clock and a plaque that shows its construction date. It is currently a hangar where the trains are repaired.

Building built on the site where once existed the convent of Nossa Senhora da Graça, demolished in 1901 to make way for the construction of the current building. Opened in 1904, housing initially some public offices. After working as prison, Casa do Povo, finance and as Civil and commercial Registration, was inaugurated here the school of technology of Abrantes, in 1999.

This beautiful house is placed on a street known for its characteristic architectonic harmony. Here are represented the XVII, XVIII and XIX centuries, with a nice show of the Porto’s architectonic atmosphere. On this building, the façade covered with azulejos panels from the second half of the XVII century stands out. This azulejos (tiles), made in Lisbon, describe episodes of the Holy Mary’s life.

This Romanic church was built on the 13th century and here one stands out the paintings and the main chapel carving and the ceiling with coffers. The doorway is topped by a rose window and it possesses four archivolts settled in four columns with decorated capitals. The nave has rather big dimensions and finishes in triumphal arch with two half columns and capitals with zoomorphic decoration.

Roman settlement located on a hill overlooking the village of Brandim, Northwest side, named Old Valley or Lot of screaming. Are still visible potsherds of Roman typology. According to locals, during agricultural work have met here several ceramic fragments and remnants of MOS. Next to a property wall are some stairs well hewn in the rock.

Baroque building with two floors and rectangular plan constructed on the XVIII century, most likely. In the beginning of the XIX century, King Don Miguel used to stay here during the huntings. Afterwards, during the XX century the building was transformed into flats and rooms for rent. On the inside we can stand out the baroque tiles from the Pombaline period.

The Parque de Campismo das Taipas, situated on the Bank of the river Ave, in the middle of the green zone, is limited by the tree-lined Boulevard Rosa Guimarães and leisure parks das Taipas and bridge. Here you can practice numerous sports and recreational activities or, Alternatively, pay a visit to the Citânia de Briteiros and the historic centre of Guimarães.

Beach located in an urban, fishing and tourist center. It has mainly young people, although people of all ages come here. The completely renovated waterfront deserves to be highlighted, for the sculptures, cafes and information posts that aim to recreate the typical fishermen's houses ("Xávega" art). Diverse restaurants, both in terms of atmosphere and prices. Great nightlife area.

Located next to the typical Algarve village of Olhos de Água, whose name comes from the freshwater springs that sprout in the sand, it is a sand shell occupied, in part, by the fishermen's boats and by the many vacationers who come here. A visit to Olheiros de Água is recommended and also a stroll through the small area of restaurants and some shops.
