A village at the Aires and candeiros Mountains, with old rural houses. The area is rich in oak tree forests and in masonry stones, named "pedra malia". In Alqueidão do Arrimal, on January 1, the cattle is still traditionally blessed. The craftswork includes tapestries and more.

These ancient firewood ovens, built in the early 20TH century 20, testify to the work and the art of potters that here amassavam, and coziam served the clay, which is then used to coat the houses on the island. In 2007 were recovered and can now be seen properly.

This former Train station is now working as a restaurant a space to organize marriages and other events. Here is a monument paying homage to Nossa Senhora da Paz (Our Lady of Peace), built in the sequence of the bombing of Funchal in 1917, by German submarines.

The Miradouro da Ermida da Senhora da Cola is a popular pilgrimage site, from where it is possible to enjoy a fabulous landscape over the valleys of Ourique.

This is a municipal site, dedicated to sports, inserted in the tourist complex of Manizola of the Câmara Municipal de Arraiolos. Here you can practise sports freely and relaxed.
