This manor house has baroque features in which the stonework from the three windows contiguous to the chapel, stand out. Inside the temple it is possible to observe the paintings and frescoes from Pascoal J. Parente.

To get to this beach one must follow the direction of Alfanzina. It is an isolated beach in between cliffs, protected from the wind, with a small tunnel in one of the hillsides from where one may see the caves.

A simple space intalled in a wooden shack right in the São Roque beach. The decoration alludes to the sea, viewable from inside the restaurant and, most especially, from its terrace. The speciality is the grilled fish.

Dated from 1976, this restaurant runs in a former farriery. It keeps some elements of the original decoration, such as the stone. The service is friendly and the menu offers dishes from the regional gastronomy. Extended wine list.

Irregular urban complex organized in three poles, which correspond to the consecutive phases of construction: from the 9th to the 13th century, from the 13th to the 19th century, and finally, from the 15th to the 18th century. Among the various monuments that you can visit here, highlight the Belmonte Castle, the Church of São Tiago and the attached chapel of Cabrais and the pillory.

Here you will find collections of historic cartography, traditional boats, navigation instruments, models of ships and boats, among other curiosities that illustrate the maritime history and activity of the Portuguese. Worthy of notice are the models of ships from the Discoveries period, sailing-boats from the XVIII century and ships with mixed propulsion, from the XIX until the XX century.

This is a Romanic temple that used to belong to the first convent of Cluny in Portugal and it suffered several transformations on the XVII and XVIII century. From this granite construction it is worth to mention the sculptures adorning the multiple capitals and two granite sculptures from the XII century. IT should be mentioned that this church had origins in a chapel with small dimensions dated from the Reconquest period.

This residential manor house dated from the beginning of the 19th century has elements from erudite architecture and neoclassic characteristics. This building has sober lines in consequence of the conjunction of various bodies in different levels. The building plan is developed around one chapel which is the axis from the composition and in which it is possible to see the major decorations.

These are the only natural salt pans in Portugal. Located 30 kilometers from the sea, they have 400 tanks, from which salt is extracted from a depth of about 10 meters. Between May and September, the salt is collected, after the water (which contains about 200 to 300 grams of salt) is collected and evaporated after a week.

Is a relatively new Church, dating from the 18th century. Before the Church was a Chapel of St. John of the Tip, which was the parish. In the 17th century, due to population growth, the parish became Paradela from the river. The village of Tip is much older than the village of Paradela from the River, one of the oldest documents that it references is the testament of San Rosendo, dating from the 10th century has the name of St. John's Church, although the only Saint John that existed at the time was at the tip.
