It was here that, on September 27, 1810, the Battle of Bussaco was fought, in which Wellington, commanding Anglo-Portuguese troops, defeated the French army under Massena. This important historical moment, which marked the end of the French invasions, is depicted in some of the tiles inside the building, now converted into a luxurious hotel. Nestled in the majestic Buçaco Forest, it offers a stunning architectural, historical, and scenic ensemble.

The restaurant "school" is a typical restaurant cuisine of Serra do Caramulo. Is situated in the former primary school of Macieira de Alcôba. Tagus River cruises are offered year-round aboard the frigate boat "Baía do Seixal" and the traditional fishing boat "Amoroso". Once used for transporting goods between the banks of the Tagus estuary, both vessels are now used for sightseeing tours and other events, providing visitors with a unique view of Seixal and Lisbon. This includes a theme park at the beginning of the 18th century, an ancient farm, populated with more than a hundred varieties of birds, ponies and goats, dwarf the re-creation of a distillery of medronho and a coal yard, you can also visit a mine off of ore extraction. The open pit contains, according to geologists, especially iron and copper but also barium. In the next Gallery, the water to be removed from the wells that are being excavated and a car full of ore circulates on the tracks aided by a worker.

Dock Corner restaurant, located just off the docks of Horta, the path of Porto Pim, presents a decoration based on nautical themes. It is distributed for two dining rooms (on the ground floor and on the first floor) and has the peculiarity to serve most its dishes in a hot lava stone, accompanied by various sauces. This estate, whose roots date back to the Roman Empire, produces some of the finest national wines and olive oils of recognized quality. Space located in the parish of Monte Córdova, where the popular pilgrimage of Senhora de Valinhas takes place annually. There are several tree species on site, and it is classified as being of public interest. From here there are many walking trails to enjoy the Leça River and the Fervença Falls.

Ancient medieval fortification located at an altitude of 1033 meters. Currently, almost in ruins, it retains an enclosure delimited by walls and two doors. The Porta do Sapo (Frog Door) stands out. At the site of the primitive rock fortification, there are traces of prehistoric and Iron Age occupations.

The Castro de Vila Cova à Coelheira is well signposted but to access to the site will have to go on foot or by all-terrain vehicle (about 2 km). There are visible to the wall and the remains of a medieval village probably developed around this castro. It's dated the first iron age.
