Convent built in the 17th century on the site of a former chapel dedicated to Our Lady of the Conception. It comprises the convent building, the cloister, and a small temple with Mannerist and popular features. The interior features the high altar and gilded altars. It underwent restoration work in 1810 and 1980.

This space has undergone several renovations, but still retains traces of Gothic military architecture, such as the twin windows with pointed arches. This space was formerly the site from which the Sousas of Riba de Vizela's lands were defended, as evidenced by the tower at the back of the church.

Built in the site of an ancient Moorish mosque, it was restored as Chapel of Misericórdia in 1499. Rebuilt after the earthquake in 1755, it still keeps the portal and the triumphal arch from the gothic 15th century construction. The chapel, the hospital and the ancient hostel are classified as Building of Public Interest.

Former College of the Jesuits, erected on the site where there were the residences of the Távora family, and since 1776 the residence of the captains Generals of the Azores. Inside, there are valuable works of art and furniture, including the best collection of Dutch 17TH-century tiles that exist outside the Netherlands.

Seventeenth-century source based on a platform with three steps. In addition to the tank, highlighted by a tall obelisk consisting of four records with four fish whose mouth pours water. Originally, it was located in the countryside of the vineyard, being transferred to this site in the early 20th century.

Mostly two megalithic monuments are worth a visit, the necropolis of Lareira de Cima and the menhir of the Valley of Maria Pais. The houses feature a regional architecture, with ornamented romanesque windows. A special note to the mother church and to the chapels of Saint Silvestre and of Saint Miguel as well.

This church is also known as São Luís Church, together with the monastery it was founded in 1596 by Luís de Figueiredo Falcão and used to belong to the Clarisse orders. It has some elements from the sixteen hundreds and from the eighteen hundreds. From the first period, it stands out the only nave, the ceiling and the main chapel coverage; from the second period stands out the doorway, the windows and the main elevation.
