Property features civil romantic residential architecture. It's a noble dwelling on two floors of the main building with a great sobriety in the decoration. It also features some constructs for farm next to the main residence.

The fort is in ruins, with the main entrance and one of the bastion walls remaining. The main façade is preceded by a moat, with a portcullis opening in the center. Inside, remains of quadrangular, vaulted buildings topped by terraces are visible.

Located in Praça Velha, this 16th-century Manueline-style building stands out for its architecture and the elements that characterize it. On the main façade, the balcony, the Coat of Arms of Portugal, the Coat of Arms of D. Manuel, the Armillary Sphere, and a tombstone in Latin, from 1646. Above the main door, there is a belfry, now without a bell, which in the past announced the closing of the city's defensive gates. Institutions such as the City Council or the jail have already operated in this place, which currently houses the Embroidery Interpretation Centre.

Included in the Parque das Nações gardens, the different gardened areas associate the botanic with the Oceans Discoveries done by the Portuguese. The garden, with 2500 m2, presents characteristic vegetations from several ecosystems representing the main origin areas of the species, at the discoveries period, in a total of about 2300 plants.

Chapel built in 1940. It is worth highlighting the beauty of its tile panels, dating from the 18th century, which describe the life of Saint Teresa. The main facade features a portal with a stonework frame preceded by a porch resting on pillars and two columns, with an oculus opening at the top of the facade.

Temple of Romanesque origin rebuilt during the Renaissance, between 1517 and 1539. It has an interior with three naves and the chancel has a craftsmen's vault. The altarpiece on the high altar is made of stonework from the Coimbra Renaissance. The bell tower that makes up the main body of the facade stands out.

This is a Romanic temple in which it is possible to notice two construction phases: one is pre- romanic and the other is from the second half of the 18th century. On this last phase it was added the tower, the main chapel and the façade was remodelled. It is worth to mention the baptismal font in Romanic style due to its decoration.
