The Cimalhinhas Palheiras Nucleus is part of the Cimalhinhas Heritage Trail. The Cimalhinhas Heritage Trail, in Carregal do Sal, is a local project to safeguard, enhance, and transform archaeological heritage into a museum, aiming to preserve and recover evidence of the past. The oven of the people of Carvalhelhos is a vernacular rural construction in granite, two waters, coverage in tile, and a porch in the main façade.
