Small bronze bust that pays tribute to Simon Bolivar, the great liberator of Venezuela. It is located in the Centre of the roundabout with the same name, based on a block of marble.

Bronze statue rose to pay homage to Joaquim António de Aguiar, Portuguese statesman (1792-1875), at the Largo da Portagem (in a garden centre).

A pedestrian walk that is about 8 km long and has eight stops is offered by the Ecomuseum. During the walk, one gets to know the regional natural and cultural heritage. It departs from the main square at Rates.

Sculpture in honor of Charles Lindbergh, American aviator who, in 1927, was notable for being the first human to fly solo, non-stop, across the Atlantic. The iron sculpture is based on stone base with pyramidal shape.
