The House is situated on Sources spa town of Pedras Salgadas and offers ideal conditions for stays of holidays and events, enjoying nature, architecture and cuisine typical of the region. Building designed by engineer Adriano da Silva Monteiro (1846-1925), with neoclassical traits, of remarkable Italian theatrical architecture, having been opened in 1892. The Santo Ildefonso Church is placed at the beginning of the street with the same name. This church stands out immediately for its azulejos (tiles), which cover almost all of it. Its reconstruction started in 1730, because the first church was in ruins, and ended in 1737. The walls have Jorge Colaço’s azulejos (1932), with scenes from Saint Ildefonso’s life and Eucharist allegories. The lateral altars are neoclassical works and the co-lateral altars are rococo.

Time seems to have stopped in this beautiful renaissance garden, located at the Largo de São Domingos de Benfica. The most relevant decorative characteristics of this palace are the stucco and the glazed tiles. The Salad as Batalhas, that evokes the heroic exploits of the Conde da Torre, is in the limelight. The yard gives access to the Chape and Venus Garden and here is also the Casa de Fresco. In front is the Lago Grande (big lake) that accompanies the Galeria dos Reis.

Rock shelter with cave paintings also known as Lapa dos Gaivões, where, among other motifs, animals and human figures are visible. It is located on the southwestern slope of Serra dos Louções, the southern limit of the Serra de São Mamede Natural Park. It is located in a quartzite rock shelter. Furthermore, it features paintings in red tones, having been shown in 1916, framing a set of open-air cave paintings in Portugal.

Granite bridge, which is believed to have been the first bridge to be built over the river Cabril. Presents a trestle Board, with the ramp on the left side is greater than the law and the pavement in lajeado, based on three arches of different sizes, which grow from left to right. The two smaller ones are of perfect arches, while the third is slightly pointed. On the right bank, at the entrance of the village, there is a cruise with frame and front inscription.

It is on the way to Colmeal da Torre that you can find this enigmatic building of Roman origin, classified as a National Monument since 1927. There are several theories and legends linked to this rectangular building with three floors, whose initial function remains undefined, but which was possibly integrated into a Roman villa. One of these legends maintains that it was a prison with 100 cells, where Saint Cornelius, who formerly also named it, would have been imprisoned.

A national monument that stands out for its grandeur and architectural beauty. Dedicated to Our Lady of the Conception, it is believed to have been built between 1672 and 1711 by the Society of Jesus, later becoming the Patriarchal Seminary.
