The appearance of the sepulchral stelae discoides in the grounds next to the Church assumes the existence of a medieval cemetery at the site. The legend says that every first Fridays of March the image of Nossa senhora do Outeiro cried and was sweating so much that the oil your lamp instead of decreasing, increased.

Chiesa Madre (mother church) of longitudinal plant consisting of a nave, a chancel and a vestry located near closer, with differentiated internal coverings. On the main facade, there are two bell towers with three records. It was built in the 18th century on the site of a primitive Temple, suffering renovations in the following centuries.

It is thanks to this pond the fajã was classified as site of international importance under the RAMSAR Convention on Wetlands of international importance as Waterfowl Habitat. To get to this area, access is pedestrian only.

A belvedere with views of the old Nazaré, located at the Penalva garden. Its name comes from its rocky white formations. The access is by a dirt road with medium difficulty. On the top it has one of the loveliest panoramic views in Nazaré.

Parâmio's House is a guest house situated in the heart of the Montesinho natural Park, in Bragança. Recently restored, maintained the characteristics of a typical rustic housing that adding location, however, all the comfort required currently. The Madeira Aquarium is installed in a replica of the São João Baptista Fort and is made up of twelve exhibition tanks, representing the different marine habitats of the archipelago, with different species of fish and the recreation of various environments. The central tank holds 500,000 liters of salt water, an imposing body of water, similar to that of the Lisbon Oceanarium.

Built in 1719, this church was rebuilt in the mid-19th century. The facade features a portal flanked by two bell towers and a sculpture of Saint Michael. Access to the church is via a staircase made up of several baselines with intermediate levels. Of particular note are the baroque gilded altarpieces and in particular the main altarpiece, from 1731.
