A beach located in a picturesque fishing village, with a vast stretch of sand surrounded by dunes and typical haystacks. It's mostly frequented by locals. The restaurants are simple but offer delicious local dishes. It boasts pleasant terraces, plenty of shops, and a lively nightlife.

An area with trees and dunes, rich in silt, similar to the Aveiro estuary, to which it connects. It also connects to Mira Lagoon via Vala da Cana on the north side. Notable fish species include mullet, eel, and flounder.
