This library has a general reading room - for adults, an infantile and juvenile reading room and a multi uses room for exhibitions and other cultural events.

In this Sanctuary the image of Nossa Senhora dos Verdes stands out, hence it is framed by a gold carving allocated on the main Altar and the iconography from the roof coffers.

This water mill, on the banks of the river Dão, is still in operation. Consists of two millstones, which can work simultaneously, containing a water access channel that ends in funnel, causing the water between harder at the mill, as it falls from a height of 5 metres.

This quadrangular shape source covers a well and a source of chafurdo. With their coverage makes a stage on the hillside, a space with benches, which allows its public use.

This battlemented tower was built in the 15th century and is considered a National Monument. The construction has a square plan with four floors and its decoration includes several elements such as the cannon gargoyles, produced after the original construction and the crenels. The building is included in a medieval ensemble which includes the castle and a pillory. This tower is also known as Cabicanca due to a legend saying that a cursed stork used to terrify the city inhabitants.

This church is typical from the regional plain architecture and it is composes by a rectangular plan with two – sided roof. IT was built in 1560 and it underwent several improvements on the 18th century.

The former convent, rebuilt after the earthquake of 1755, stands the Church of a single nave, dating from the 17TH century.

This pillory is composed by a marble shaft; it is prismatic and spiralled after the ring. It is topped by a capital from which four iron arms come out with hoops.
