This religious monument consists of a three-bay nave, a chancel, side chapels, a sacristy, and a bell tower. The main façade consists of a rounded portal and a circular oculus, flanked by a bell tower, the upper one having a double bell tower. This façade features a window overlooking the Stations of the Cross. The interior features the baptistery, which houses the baptismal font, the Mannerist niche, the painted panels of the chancel and altarpiece, and the Christ the Redeemer statue on the tabernacle door.

Built between 1383 and 1410, it is a reference of the Gothic monumentality of the city, with an emphasis on the Romanesque portal with three arched gateways, the rosette symbolizing the Rosa Fortunae, the windows of the Manueline period and the three naves where the interior is divided, covered with gilded carving from the 17th and 18th centuries. It belonged to the Convent of the Observant Franciscans. The interior, of three naves, is highlighted by the 17th / 18th centuries carvings, frescoes and board in the main chapel, transept and sixteenth-century tombs.

This fortification was built in the 12th and 13th centuries and later expanded by King Dinis. During the Manueline period, some alterations were made, of which the portal that gave access to the drawbridge remains. It also preserves the alcazaba with its pentagonal-based keep, the Torre das Cinco Quinas (Tower of the Five Corners), protected by machicolations and turrets, and the ring of walls that surrounds the town. Of particular note are the thickness and height of the alcazaba's curtain walls and the existence of the barbican.

This church was founded in 1636 and it is an example from the sixteen hundreds architecture, with a plan in Latin cross, one only nave with lateral chapels, transept and ample main chapel. This last one displays coverage in barrel vault and elevations covered with blue and white glazed tiles, standing out the golden carved big altarpiece, with the throne and the sacrarium also in golden wood. The high choir is settled in three perfectly vaulted arches with balustrade. Chapel with rectangular chancel and nave, where remains of the primitive moth, the columns with worked capitals and the vault of the chancel, edges, with carved bocetes. The main façade is preceded by a galilé alpendrada supported by columns.
