Esta especialidade, vulgarmente conhecida como doce de laranja, é muita apreciada em Setúbal. Deve ser confecionada de preferência durante a época da laranja.

Trata-se do queijo mais antigo da Ilha Terceira, existindo neste local uma fábrica, um espaço para provas e um pequeno bar.
