The structure of this church is similar to the Hermitage of s. Benedict. As is at the top of a hillock, provides a panoramic view of great quality. Located in the Serra de Montejunto, this town has Neolithic remains until the 12th century, and this permanence is documented with protohistoric, prehistoric and Roman remains. The old houses from the 17th to the 19th century, with exterior staircases and porched balconies, are worth a visit. This project by the Catalan architect Josep Lluis Mateo stands out in the city center landscape for its innovative architecture. It is a hollow building, clad in metal and wood, with four floors. In addition to the exhibition spaces, it has a synthetic ice skating rink and an auditorium with 275 seats, equipped with a high-quality acoustic system, without the use of amplification systems.
