In times House of Quinta da Breia home, Casa da Oliveirinha was fully recovered to satisfy the necessary current comforts without, however, tamper with the moth and the typical elements of local architecture, preserving the open fireplace, granite slab of Ember, the wood-burning oven or "janelos". The interior decoration has preserved many of the original objects, such as the iron beds, bathroom faucets, oil lamps and the kitchen cabinet. Abroad, the garden extends in front of the House where you can relax to the sound of bucolic nature.

This 17th century construction is sided by two towers with pyramidal domes draped in glazed tiles. It has one only nave with vaults decorated with wall paintings dated from the 18th century. It possesses six lateral chapels opening to the nave by perfectly vaulted arches, linked each other in the corbels level. Below the main chapel there is São João de Deus chapel where, according to the tradition it is located the house from street Rua Verde where in 1495 João Cidade (São João de Deus) was born.

The tavern Folias of Bacchus, located in the Centre of Porto, opened doors in December 2013. It is a peculiar and unique project involving the Douro wines producer Eye in the foot, being the tavern a privileged space for exclusive offer of these nectars, in their white varieties Moscatel Galego, Rosé, red, Pinot Noir and late harvest. Snacks, such as alheira, sausages, tibornas and cheese, are also unique to the area of the Douro. The neighborhood Pizzeria opened in 2013 and brought the city of Lisbon, an original concept of pizza Italian gastronomy that unites with the typically Portuguese flavours.
