The chancel is lined with 18th-century tiles illustrating scenes from the life of St. John the Baptist. Has an 18th century altarpiece and preserves 1468 panels and some ancient carvings.

The statue paying homage to the feminine popular rebellion of Maria da Fonte, placed in the garden in 1920, is the origin of its other name, besides Campo de Ourique for it is the only one in this area. At the beginning of the decade the garden was recovered, equipped with new fittings and keeping some patrimonial elements. It is a tree area with two lakes and a playground.

The Companhia das Lezírias is famous for its wines and its horse breeding. Its restaurant is also quite appreciated with fine dishes of the Ribatejo region. On saturdays the motto is: those who can eat all the country buffet won't have to pay for their meal. It is a rather well served banquet, meaning every customer will pay their bill in the end. On sundays, on can enjoy the "cozido bravo ribatejano" for only 15.5 €. A welcoming space where reservations are recommended, mostly on the weekends.

The Adega do Ermitão, in Guimarães, for 40 years under the management of Armindo Monteiro, Guimarães, yolk the Hermit's cellar is a rustic place, very simple, where you expect in line to order and take to the table snacks involved in bakery paper. Stay under rocks, in the Monte da Penha, and gained fame by the unique location and the gastronomic offer: ball of sardines or meat, warm, delicious cod cakes and homemade green broth, just get it out of the pan.

This route passes through Constancy, Rio de Moinhos, Alferrarede, Sardoal, Mação, Sparrowhawk and São Miguel do Rio Torto. In Constancy passes through five points: the Old Source, dated 1848 and also known as Amores Source; the St. John source, dated from the second half of the 19th century; the source of St. John, built in 1849; the source of Portela, built in 1882; and the source of the Ana, built in the years 90.

A garden located in the city centre where one can find a monument that pays homage to Soares dos Reis (19th century sculptor) and a small yet beautiful lake with a staircase, surrounded by some trees.
