Modernist building built between 1959 and 1961, getting up and running here the Guild of the crop until 1978. Since then, I've worked in this building an agricultural cooperative, a Union of cooperatives and, until now, a tax office. The building features a trapezoidal plan with two floors and roofs coverage of four waters, some circular skylights.

Now, Teresa Rouen also give comfort to those who want to stand here in the middle of the field. It is a hotel unit of Tourism in Rural areas, with 5 rooms, each with a living room, bathroom and mezzannine. This lovely unit will complement a project of purely rural features, started with the famous and award winning Cuisine restaurant on Earth.

The Mercado do Peixe (Fish Market), as indicated by its name, is appreciated mostly for its fish variety. It is located by the ocean and it has a sea inspired decor. Besides the fish dishes, the pork tenderloin is one of its specialities. In the winter, the prices drop down enormously due to the natural difficulty in fishing.
